"Having issues with my new water heater made by AO Smith. Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and John came out and got the heater up and running. Seems there is a design flaw in the new water heaters, he was able to quickly fix it and I waited several weeks before posting this review.... It is running like a charm!

The service was free because it was under warranty and John was very helpful, he gave me great suggestions on extending the life of the water heater. Apparently all the water heaters are having issues with the new emmisions rules in Cali. 

If you are having problems call Done Right they represent the manufacturer and do an amazing job!

The plumber who installed my water heater had no clue how to get it up and running. Done right is the company I'm going to call for all my future plumber issues! Reading the other reviews.... I had an excellent experience with Bert over the phone, was able to schedule the appointment when I could get off work. I didn't have to wait all day for them to come out!"
