My toilet was backing up into my bathtub which was not only gross but I thought weird?  Called a couple of plumbers and the people answering the phone could not answer my questions.

Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and got my answers! Yes, just what I needed Bert answered the phone and patiently explained my problem with my sewer pipes. He sent out Simon who cabled the bathtub for a very reasonable price and cleaned up the mess.  

Really? I was not expecting that kind of service.  They really care about their customers from beginning to end.  Bert even called me to tell me when Simon was on the way to my house."
